Fair Food P&S GmbH develops, produces and markets trend-setting wet dog and cat food. The range includes both private label and own brand products.

Innovative technology enables a unique production process for non-refrigerated products while preserving natural nutrients and a unique taste, just like freshly cooked at home.

But our products can do much more, because they are good for people, animals and the environment. Healthy, tasty and inexpensive food that is kind to the planet - real "fair pet food". The result is an exciting feeding experience and a high level of product convenience thanks to modern packaging.

"Fair Pet Food is the "new level" in the pet food industry and offers pet owners tasty, natural, animal-friendly and inexpensive food in fully recyclable packaging with minimal use of resources.

Gentle cooking enables gentle preparation and unique product quality in terms of long-lasting freshness, taste and appearance. For our "Fair Pet Food" we use fresh ingredients such as vegetables or meat, as well as functional natural substances to keep the animal healthy. Our products are filled into fully recyclable fresh portion bags.

Instead of prolonged cooking at high temperatures as with canned food, or energy-intensive double drying and multiple processing of raw materials as with dry food, we cook in a way that conserves resources and products. Our technology saves space, personnel and energy compared to traditional canned food production. This enables us to offer attractively priced, high-quality products. Our fresh portion bag is convenient to use. Dog and cat owners appreciate its easy handling. It is also made of fully recyclable mono-material and thus saves up to 90% household waste.

Fresh and healthy in spring, cheeky and refreshing in summer or hearty and meaty in winter. For dessert, it can also be a vitamin topper to boring dry food. The functional, natural additives round off the taste and help to keep your beloved pet healthy. Our own development department offers various recipe and product types. Here are a few examples:

Sustainability

We understand sustainability as the genuine conservation of resources and the avoidance of carbon emissions.

We have opted for an innovative production process that is not yet used in the pet food industry. Less is more! Thus, we save space, personnel, resources such as water, electricity and other energy.

We rely on easily recyclable packaging made of mono-material instead of the industrial standard of multi-layer packaging in the pet food industry. These composite materials can only be incinerated, as recycling is not possible.

We are replacing the metal can as an energy guzzler in production and a space waster in transportation and storage. Empty cans take up an equal amount of space both before and after filling.

Our customers appreciate the significantly reduced household waste and the simple and convenient dosing in the advantageous fresh portion bag - real convenience.

We enable different recipes to match the product and company philosophy:

  • Flexitarian with little or more meat
  • Vegetarian without meat and the best carbon footprint
  • With fruit as a vitamin supplement
  • With other functional feed supplements to maintain health

Fully recyclable packaging

  • Product packaging made from fully recyclable mono-material
  • In contrast to composite materials, which can only be thermally recycled, monomaterials can be fully recycled and thus reused
  • Significantly lower carbon footprint including raw material extraction than metal cans
  • The fresh portion bag: easy to use and produces much less household waste than metal cans
  • Use of transparent or colored packaging with or without a viewing window

OUR PRODUCTION

Fair Food P&S GmbH produces "Made in Germany" in Blaufelden-Wiesenbach, in the district of Schwäbisch-Hall in north-eastern Baden-Württemberg. Located between the metropolitan regions of Würzburg, Nuremberg and Heilbronn, it offers excellent conditions for skilled workers and their families as well as regional infrastructure. We produce as an independent manufacturer with our own staff and production lines. In a well-developed industrial park in direct proximity to two important freeway connections, sufficient logistics capacities and a large pet food manufacturer, we can access the necessary resources and optimized supply chains at short notice. Our offices are located both close to production in Wiesenbach and in Wertheim am Main.

Innovation and change require courage, ideas and vision. With the necessary courage to implement, the sum of a well-thought-out strategy and diligence as well as skills results in success - of course, a little bit of luck is also part of it.

The founders Klaus Wagner and Peter Brylski have many of these qualities. Among other things, they were able to gain extensive industry experience in national and international sales and brand development for many years at a well-known German animal nutrition manufacturer. From development, production, sales and marketing to management, they were responsible for various areas. As experienced networkers and industry insiders, they know the opportunities and risks of the global pet food market as well as many of the market players and successful pet brands.
